What we do today
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate each page.
- Descriptive alternative text on interior photography and product images.
- Text and background colors chosen for comfortable contrast.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines on links and buttons.
- Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Labelled form fields on the newsletter and contact forms.
Where we are still improving
We aim to meet the spirit of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some older articles and decorative details may not fully meet that goal yet, and we correct them as we find them. This statement describes our own practices and is not an independent audit or certification.
